Work It Out Wombats! FCL Workshop Series (English)

The Work It Out Wombats! FCL kit contains the guidance and materials to help facilitate a series of five engaging workshops.  The learning focus for this workshop series is computational thinking (CT) - a way of thinking to solve problems, express oneself, and accomplish tasks using practices, processes and skills at the core of computer science fields. This FCL fosters learning goals for CT through:

• Active video viewing and discussions

• Collaborative, hands-on activities

• Engagement with core computational thinking skills and mindsets

• Digital game play

The 10-Kit contains FCL components for 10 families and a facilitator for a series of five workshop sessions, including facilitator guide.
