Due to large variation in weight/volume and destination for each order, shipping fees must be calculated uniquely for each order.

Yes--you may provide an account number for your preferred carrier on the Checkout Page. When order is shipped, you'll receive an email from pbskidskits@pbs.org with tracking info.

If you need to place an order less than 4 weeks in advance of when you need the materials by, please place the desired items in your cart, and contact us at at pbskidskits@pbs.org or via “Contact Us”, letting us know by what date you need the materials. We will reply right away to let you know if it will be possible to meet that due date, and if there are any additional rush shipping costs.

The charges for these materials cover the cost of managing the fulfillment process for distribution of these resources to stations, including esp. printing/reprinting and kitting of the workshop materials. All funds received by PBS from these purchases are reinvested into management of this process, helping to build a sustainable model for ongoing development, production, distribution and implementation.

We are limiting options to 10-Kits & 5-Kits to maximize efficiency for our fulfillment partner, which reduces costs overall.  We recommend you choose a mix of 10-Kit(s) and an additional 5-Kit to best cover your estimated number of participants.  If you have extra resources, we suggest you save them for future use, or give additional materials to families/educators who might be able to use them.

We may be able to handle requests for a special order of specific elements of a kit, though that is likely to incur significant reprinting and special handling charges.  To inquire about that, please contact us at pbskidskits@pbs.org
